В данной статье раскрывается содержание личностно ориентированных образовательных технологий, педагогические условия развития личности учащегося с использованием их на уроках. Считается,что уроки, организованные на основе использования новых педагогических технологий, вызывают у учащихся интерес, творческий подход к заданным вопросам и основанное на этом их овладение. С этой целью предлагается использовать на занятиях по теме «Трансформаторы» дисциплины «Электротехника и электроника» следующие интерактивные методы обучения: мозговой штурм, диаграмма Венна, кластер и цепочка терминов
Bugungi kunda dunyoda sanoat changlari va changli gazlarini tozalashda xo‘l usuldan foydalanish tendensiyasi ortib bormoqda. Ho‘l usul dispers sostavi yuqori (zarra o‘lchami 5 mkm kichik) bo‘lgan zarralarni suyuqlik muhitida ushlab qolishda samarali hisoblanadi.
Zamonaviy ta’limning asosiy vazifasi o‘quvchiga nafaqat fundamental bilim berish, balki unga keyingi ijtimoiy moslashish, o‘z-o‘zini tarbiyalash tendensiyasini ri vojlantirish uchun barcha zarur shart-sharoitlarni ta’minlashdir. Hozirgi vaqtda o‘qituvchi oldidagi asosiy vazifalardan biri o‘quv jarayonini o‘quvchilar uchun qiziqarli, dinamik va zamonaviy qilishdir. Bunda esa o‘qituvchilarga interfaol texnologiyalar yordamga keladi. O‘qitishda eng yangi texnologiyalardan foydalanish ko‘rinishini oshiradi, materialni idrok etishni osonlashtiradi. Bu o‘quvchilarning motivatsiyasiga va o‘quv jarayonining umumiy samaradorligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shu bois oliy texnika ta’lim muassasalari talabalari uchun interfaol o‘qitish metodlarini ishlab chiqish vazifasi O‘zbekiston Respublikasi uchun dolzarb hisoblanadi. Shu maqsadda elektrotexnika va elektronika fanining “Energiya tejovchi transformatorlar” mavzusidagi mashg‘ulotlarda quyidagi interfaol o‘qitish usullaridan foydalanish taklif etiladi: aqliy hujum, Venn diagrammasi, klaster, atamalar zanjiri va “SWOT – tahlil”.
In the first years of independence, as in the whole country, the demand for qualified doctors was one of the urgent issues in the valley regions, including the Namangan region.
Despite the reforms carried out in the field of healthcare in the country during the years of independence, several problems remained due to objective reasons. For example, in 2015, as a result of inspections conducted by the working group of employees of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the "Health-3” project implementation bureau in multidisciplinary medical centers, 64 district medical associations, and district multidisciplinary central polyclinics, Andijan is one of the 7 regions of the country, and it is known that in some districts of Namangan regions, there are problems in providing treatment and prevention institutions with qualified medical personnel, and the issue of personnel remains urgent [1].
In the first years of independence, the local government paid attention to the issues of training and improving the professional skills of medical workers in the Andijan region. As a result, Andijan and Asaka medical schools were transformed into medical colleges. The Department of Training of high-class nurses was opened at Andijan State Medical Institute. Because training specialists for hospitals, especially rural medical centers, was one of the most urgent issues.
